These terms cover how you may use SiteCurl, what we are responsible for, and what you agree to when you create an account. They apply to all plans, including free trials. Please read them before you start.

What SiteCurl does

SiteCurl scans public web pages and builds reports on speed, security, SEO, accessibility, and AI readiness. It only looks at pages that are open to the public.

Fair use

You may only scan sites you own or have the right to audit. Do not use SiteCurl to scan sites without permission or to put heavy load on other servers.

Accounts

Keep your login details safe. One account per person or team. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password right away.

Billing

Paid plans are billed each month through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case.

Limits on our role

SiteCurl is provided "as is." We are not liable for choices made based on scan results. Reports give you a starting point, not legal, security, or formal audit advice.

Closing your account

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account at any time from your settings page. When you delete it, your scan history, reports, and all linked data are removed for good.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a big change, we will let you know by email or a notice on the site. If you keep using SiteCurl after a change is posted, that means you accept the new terms.
